Contact Center Contract Means Jobs for Community
Pensacola, Fla. (November 30, 2016) – Global Connections to Employment (GCE) announces the execution of a new contract in the state of Kentucky, providing Contact Center services in the London and Monticello areas. The partnership involves Senture which ranks in the top 50 small-sized call centers in North America and Kentucky’s Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services. It is anticipated that this project will provide approximately 40 jobs to persons with disabilities, and the collaboration will support future endeavors of VR services to connect more people with disabilities to jobs.
“Our innovative approach to both mission and business has opened the door with progressive and socially responsible partners like Senture,” said Mark Kessler, GCE Vice President of Business Development . “We anticipate growing our relationship with both Senture and Kentucky VR Services to increase the number of employment opportunities currently available to this incredibly talented population.”
Established in 1986 GCE has grown to become the largest private Northwest Florida employer of persons with disabilities. The agency employs approximately 1,800 people in 13 states and the District of Columbia.
