Pensacola, Fla. (March 2, 2023) – Patti Hyde has been named Lakeview Center’s new director of family-based intervention services. Patti will provide oversight for community-based care programs in homes, schools and daycare settings. Clinical teams under her direction provide direct mental health treatment, rehabilitation and support services to children and parents including those who have experienced trauma and substance misuse.
In her new role, Patti will lead the teams in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties who work to restore positive relationships. The overarching goal is to ensure appropriate psychiatric supports through trauma-informed care and therapeutic services, delivered in a courteous and respectful manner.
Most recently, Patti worked with children and families as the clinical director of our Transitional Recovery and Adolescent Care Expansion (TRACE) team and Family Crises Care Coordination (FCCC) team. She has been with the organization since 2014.
Patti earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of West Florida in 2001 and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University in 2013, graduating magna com laude from both institutions. Patti is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has provided in-home interventions to children and families with since 2001.
