Leaders highlighted in 2023 Inweekly power list

Pensacola, FL (April 20, 2023) – We are proud to announce that two of our leaders have been highlighted on the 2023 Inweekly power list. According to Inweekly, honorees are among the most influential local people leading their teams to improve the communities they serve. Our honorees are:

Allison Hill headshot

Allison Hill, chief executive officer for LifeView Group, is responsible for the daily functions of a 2,400-employee human services organization. Her team impacts lives in multiple states and the District of Columbia. Allison leads with grace, honesty, integrity and consistency, always with the community’s best interest at heart. She serves in the UWF Executive Mentoring program and on the UWF College of Business Advisory Council. Additionally, she is a Lifetime Member of Leadership Florida, graduating from Cornerstone Class 36. Allison is a member of the Rotary Club of Pensacola and she serves on statewide boards of directors. Locally, she serves on the YMCA of Northwest Florida and the Florida Network of Youth and Family Services boards. Allison is a recipient of the 2022 Pinnacle Award from 850 Business Magazine.

Shawn Salamida headshot

Shawn Salamida is president of Lakeview Center. He leads Northwest Florida’s most comprehensive behavioral health services team. They help adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies, and intellectual disabilities. Shawn’s team impacted more than 24,000 lives in 2022. The Florida Coalition for Children presented Shawn with the Champion for Children award in 2015. In 2019, Shawn was awarded the Advocate of the Year PACE Award by the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce for “seizing every opportunity to help mistreated children who have been removed from their homes.”
