SHAPE (Substance-Abuse HIV Assessment and Prevention Education) Program
SHAPE III Program (S3) (Substance-abuse, HIV Assessment & Prevention Education) is a comprehensive approach to HIV and substance abuse prevention among young adults (ages 18-24), communities of color, re-entry populations and other persons at high risk for HIV infection. Interventions include: HIV 101, STD 101, Hepatitis 101, VOICES, CCAA (Challenging College Alcohol Abuse) and use of social media tools. SHAPE III provides free, confidential rapid HIV testing (Clearview) services on-site (by appointment only) and at off-site locations and events (call for times). Other services include: rapid HCV testing for high-risk persons accessing HIV testing services, presentations to community groups and street outreach services.
