National Recognition by the Air Force Materiel Command
Pensacola, Fla. (December 4, 2020) – Global Connections to Employment is proud to be part of the IT services contract team at Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, who was recently recognized by the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC).
The 96th Medical and Dental Group Information Systems Flight team received the Air Force Materiel Command Medical Information Systems Team of the Year award. One fourth of that team comprises GCE team members who have helped ensure the continuation and advancement of IT for the medical treatment facility.
“I’m proud to be a member of GCE and the 96th MDG IT Systems Flight,” said Michael E. Sloan, GCE and 96th MDG Systems program manager. “The members of the flight are second to none and their continued efforts are truly deserving of this recognition.”
