Family-based intervention services director

Pensacola, Fla. (March 2, 2023) – Patti Hyde has been named family-based intervention services director at Lakeview Center. She will provide oversight for community-based care programs in homes, schools and daycare settings. Clinical teams under Patti’s direction provide direct mental health treatment. Additionally, teams provide rehabilitation and support services to children and parents including those who have experienced trauma and substance misuse.

In her new role, Patti will oversee teams in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. They work to restore positive relationships. A key focus is on appropriate psychiatric supports, trauma-informed care and therapeutic services. With consistency, the team ensures courteous and respectful service delivery for such personal needs. 

Most recently, Patti served as the clinical director of our Transitional Recovery and Adolescent Care Expansion (TRACE) team and Family Crises Care Coordination (FCCC) team. She has been with the organization since 2014. 

Patti earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of West Florida in 2001. In 2013, she earned a Master of Social Work from Florida State University. Furthermore, she graduated magna com laude from both institutions. Patti is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has provided in-home interventions to children and families with since 2001.
