Pensacola, Fla. (May 21, 2025) – LifeView Group, parent company of Lakeview Center, has been ranked No. 7 on The Women’s Edge’s 2025 list of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida. The annual list recognizes both nonprofit and for-profit organizations led by prominent female executives across the state. This is the fourth consecutive year LifeView Group has earned a spot on the list.
Allison Hill, CEO of LifeView Group, oversees the daily operations of the $230 million nonprofit, which employs 2,500 team members and impacts lives across 14 states and Washington, D.C. The organization’s three affiliates — Lakeview Center’s behavioral health care, FamiliesFirst Network’s child welfare support and Global Connections to Employment’s career services for people with disabilities—collectively served more than 30,000 individuals in 2024.
Hill regularly engages with team members through monthly video updates and unscripted “Ask Allison” sessions. The organization fosters a welcoming environment with employee resource groups supporting veterans, remote workers, intergenerational teams and more.
Hill joined the organization in 1999 and became its third CEO in 2016. She actively contributes to the community through roles such as serving on the UWF College of Business Advisory Council, participating in the UWF Executive Mentoring program, and being a Lifetime Member of Leadership Florida. Her accolades include the 2022 Pinnacle Award from 850 Business Magazine and the 2023 Ethics in Business Award from the University of West Florida College of Business and the Combined Rotary Clubs of Pensacola.
