Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and DUI Program – Century

Our team provides medication-assisted treatment – which is opiate replacement therapy and behavioral treatment to adults who are dependent upon prescription painkillers and other opium-related drugs. Methadone is dispensed orally in carefully monitored doses following proven protocols for either gradual detoxification or long-term maintenance. We can work with you through a phased program that helps you return to a sober lifestyle.

Counseling hours as part of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opium-derived addictions (i.e. prescription pain medications or heroin) are Monday to Friday, from 5 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The team also provides trauma counseling to victims of crime.

Holiday Hours:
The clinic is closed on New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Other holiday hours may vary. Please call 850-256-6165 for current information. You will receive special take-home medication for those days. If this is not clinically appropriate for you, other arrangements will be made for you to receive your daily medication.
