Road to Recovery

Road to Recovery is a 46-bed residential substance misuse treatment program located on our main campus. Our specialized team provides a comprehensive and intensive level of treatment, actively engaging with residents to address addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Treatment is structured to serve those who need a safe and stable living environment where they can develop sufficient recovery skills for living in the general community.

Intensive-outpatient treatment

Road to Recovery’s structured residential program helps men and women age 18 and older address substance use disorders. Treatment is based on evidence-based practices, and the average length of stay is 58 days. Counselors can help you with other issues too, such as vocational, educational, legal, psychological, and interpersonal problems. All efforts are focused on achieving long-term recovery. Program services include:

  • Group and individual counseling
  • Psycho-educational seminars
  • Medical evaluation
  • Referral, as needed
  • Vocational development
  • Leisure activities
  • Support groups
  • Relapse prevention
  • Aftercare plan

Priority populations include pregnant women and IV drug users. We accept some Florida Medicaid providers and Florida residents in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties who do not have insurance and qualify for state funding.

Opioid and Medication-Assisted Treatment

Our specialized team at Road to Recovery provides a comprehensive and intensive level of treatment, actively engaging with residents to provide treatment for substance misuse, including medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction, and co-occurring mental health issues. Treatment plans are structured to serve the individuals in a safe and stable living environment where they can develop sufficient recovery skills for living in the general community. The 46-bed residential substance misuse treatment program is located on our main campus.

Residential programs

Road to Recovery residential treatment program is tailored to each person struggling with substance misuse. Our team works to keep people actively engaged in individualized treatment plans that will also address co-occurring mental health issues. We work with people to help them achieve the skills for self-sufficiency in their communities.
