Jeff Fletcher, Pharm.D. BCNP

Jeff Fletcher serves as Lakeview Center’s director of outpatient services and medical operations, which includes more than 200 team members over multiple locations throughout the panhandle. Dr. Fletcher oversees programs such as psychiatry and counseling for both adults and children, as well as pharmacy services, medication-assisted treatment and a medical staff consisting of 40 doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.

Dr. Fletcher attended the University of Tennessee, and he received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. He furthered his education at the University of New Mexico, becoming an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist in 2008 and later became a Board-Certified Nuclear Pharmacist in 2011. Dr. Fletcher is currently furthering his education at the University of West Florida, pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree, which should be completed in the summer of 2025.

Dr. Fletcher has been with Lakeview Center since 2010 starting in the Lakeview Center main pharmacy. In 2014, he became the Pharmacy Director and in 2021, he moved into his current role. In 2022, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Inweekly.

Dr. Fletcher serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of West Florida (UWWF).  In his capacity on the UWWF board, he is also on the Executive Committee, chair of the Nominating Committee, and Vice-Chair of the Community Investment Committee. In 2023, Jeff was appointed by Santa Rosa County Commissioners to serve on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Florida Health Council. He is also an active member of the Gulf Breeze Rotary Club.

Dr. Fletcher grew up in Seymour, Tennessee. He and his wife, Hollie, moved to Gulf Breeze in 2010 and reside there today with their sons, Matthew and Luke.  When not working, you can find Jeff on the water, boating with family and friends.
