Pensacola, Fla. (April 17, 2024) – Road to Recovery, Lakeview Center’s 46-bed residential substance misuse treatment program on the downtown Pensacola campus, was awarded a $5,000 grant from the Bear Family Foundation to purchase new furniture. This will make group counseling sessions and educational classes more comfortable while providing a more welcoming environment for time outside clinical and therapeutic treatment. The Bear Family Foundation’s mission is to continue a family tradition of philanthropic giving through financial donations and volunteerism to our communities from generation to generation.
Lakeview Center is so thankful to the Bear Family Foundation for their support of our clients, our team and our community! We could not offer programs such as Road to Recovery without the support of partners such as the Bear Family Foundation.
The specialized team at Road to Recovery provides a comprehensive and intensive level of treatment, actively engaging with residents to address addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.
