Lakeview Center leaders are monitoring the potential winter storm and cold temperatures predicted over the next few days. Forecasts suggest the possibility of snow and ice on Tuesday afternoon with temperatures in the mid-20s overnight.
The safety of our team members and those we serve remains our highest priority, so we have modified our operations over the next few days:
• Outpatient services (including counseling, psychiatry, pharmacy and Central Access): appointments will be telehealth only, with buildings and front desks closed from noon Tuesday through end-of-day Wednesday – including offices in Pensacola, Century, Milton, Shalimar and DeFuniak Springs. At this time, we are expecting to reopen with normal hours on Thursday. Staff will be reaching out to scheduled patients with information about accessing a telehealth visit.
• All MAT locations will offer take-out dosing on Tuesday morning for Wednesday.
• Pathway and Autism program appointments are canceled for Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, with appointments expected to resume on Thursday.
• Mobile Response Team, co-responder, residential and acute care services will continue normal operations.
